Job description

Configure and implement SAP Fieldglass modules, including Contingent Workforce and Services Procurement (SOW).

Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.

Integrate SAP Fieldglass with SAP ECC/S4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and other enterprise systems.

Design workflows, approval processes, worker profiles, and rate structures.

Support testing activities, UAT, and production issue resolution.

Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics for labor spend, supplier performance, and compliance tracking.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass configuration and administration.

Strong knowledge of SAP Fieldglass Configuration Manager.

Experience with APIs, connectors, web services, and system integrations.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
