Senior Technology Architect | Telecom | OSS/BSS

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Telecom and Technical background to manage and deliver complex network and technology programs. The role involves coordinating with multiple cross functional teams, tracking execution, managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of telecom/network initiatives with high quality and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Project & Program Management Lead multiple concurrent projects across telecom, network, and IT domains Coordinate with engineering, operations, vendors, and business teams to collect status and dependencies Plan and conduct daily stand ups, weekly reviews, and executive status meetings Create and maintain: Detailed project plans Milestone schedules RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) Drive follow ups, issue resolution, and decision tracking Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates Ensure project delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards Telecom Domain & Network Management Understand end to end telecom architecture, including: Access, core, and transport networks Call flows and signaling Work with telecom teams on: Network configurations Integrations and upgrades Capacity and traffic planning Analyze and track key telecom KPIs, including: Traffic patterns Call drops Access and latency issues Network performance metrics Collaborate with OSS/BSS teams to monitor operational performance Support initiatives involving: Packet brokers Core network elements (advantage) Virtualized and cloud based networks Understand networking fundamentals: Packet loss, jitter, latency IP networking, routing, and servers Technical & Software Collaboration Work closely with technical teams using: Unix/Linux environments Networking and monitoring tools Execute basic analysis using: Unix commands PuTTY DBeaver or similar database tools Understand API based integrations and data flows Support automation or analytics initiatives using: Python or other scripting languages Data analysis tools Create reports and dashboards using: Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros) Google Sheets Google Slides / PowerPoint Stakeholder & Vendor Management Act as a single point of contact for project stakeholders Manage vendor coordination, deliverables, and timelines Ensure clear communication between technical and non technical teams Escalate risks and blockers proactively with solution options

Must Have 6 12+ years of experience in Project Management within Telecom / Network / Technology domains Strong understanding of: Telecom architecture and KPIs Networking fundamentals Proven experience managing cross functional teams Excellent communication and reporting skills Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Technical Skills Unix/Linux commands PuTTY, DBeaver, or similar tools API concepts and integrations Python or scripting exposure Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems Good to Have Experience with: Core network projects Packet brokers Cloud architecture and virtual networks Exposure to: Capacity planning Network automation PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification Soft Skills Strong ownership and accountability Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities Structured problem solving mindset Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecom, or related field MBA or Project Management certification is an added advantage Project Code: FTR NTS SFC, Basic Qualifications Education Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field.
