Drive the evolution and consistent application of our design system across desktop and mobile interfaces for products. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and product managers, to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the design system. Produce high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes in Figma that align with the design system principles. Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including component specifications, usage guidelines, and interaction patterns for both desktop and mobile. Ensure the design system components and patterns adhere to accessibility standards (WCAG) across all platforms. Create and maintain detailed developer-ready specifications and assets in Figma, facilitating efficient and accurate implementation. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in design systems and responsive design.
