Within this organization, the Sight Vertical is responsible for delivering AI/ML-powered anomaly detection solutions using computer vision and manufacturing data analytics. The Software Engineering Manager will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers and data engineers responsible for the Sight and Sense product lines. This role combines engineering leadership, software delivery oversight, AI/ML platform strategy, MLOps, and manufacturing technology innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background with experience leading teams building AI/ML, computer vision, or large-scale data-driven products.

• 3+ years of Software Engineering Management experience
• Experience hiring, mentoring, coaching, and leading engineering teams
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• AI/ML application development experience
• Computer Vision experience
• Data Engineering and Analytics Platform experience
• Strong understanding of the Machine Learning Lifecycle
• Model Training, Inference, Monitoring, and Deployment experience
• Agile and Scrum leadership experience
• Technical Architecture and Solution Design expertise
• Cross-functional stakeholder management skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

• MLOps platform experience
• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud experience
• Manufacturing Technology experience
