Requirements

3-5 Must Haves 1 Ability to debug real systems using code 2 Strong problem-solving in a support engineering bridge role 3 Hands-on technical foundation (SQL + APIs + scripting) 4 Junior engineer mindset with growth into QA or Dev Required Skills : * 2-4 years in technical support, software engineering, application support, or a similar hands-on technical role * Working with or supporting .NET (C#) and/or Node.js applications * Reading application code, debugging system behavior, and writing scripts or lightweight tooling as part of daily work * Working knowledge of SQL, RESTful APIs, and tools like Postman or curl for debugging and validation * Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, PowerShell, Python, or Bash * Understanding of web applications, system integrations, and general troubleshooting across distributed environments * Exposed to modern development workflows such as Git, CI/CD, Docker, or Kubernetes * A builder s mentality - defaults to improving, automating, and simplifying technical processes where possible
