Infrastructure Engineer

We’re seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to support the development of next-generation data management and artificial intelligence platforms supporting mission-critical environments.

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure cloud and platform infrastructure supporting a variety of customer and internal initiatives. This role requires strong software engineering fundamentals combined with expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, DevSecOps, and secure deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud architecture.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using Pulumi or Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Deploy and support workloads in AWS cloud and air-gapped environments.
• Monitor applications and services using tools such as OpenTelemetry, Sentry, and SigNoz.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity compliance controls and policies, including CMMC requirements.
• Manage secrets, configurations, and secure deployment processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions.
• Support infrastructure automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Demonstrated expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Pulumi or Terraform.
• Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions or similar tooling.
• Proficiency with AWS and/or other cloud service providers.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Go.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and cloud networking architectures.
• Experience working with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as CMMC, PCI, or SOC.
• Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Providers (IdP) such as Authentik and Keycloak.
• Experience deploying and supporting workloads in air-gapped environments.
• Experience managing and supporting self-hosted infrastructure and bare metal environments., * Experience working within monorepo environments.
• Experience with Change Data Capture (CDC) technologies.
• Experience supporting IoT devices and sensor platforms.
• Experience with digital signal processing.
• Experience with geospatial analysis and GIS technologies.
