1. Create custom applications using Power Apps to meet specific business needs, including designing user interfaces, workflows, and data integrations.
2. Automating tasks and streamlining workflows using Power Automate, including connecting various applications and services to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
3. Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights from data.
4. Integrating data from various sources (Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, databases, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow and efficient analysis.
5. Ensuring that Power Platform solutions adhere to security protocols, data governance policies, and relevant regulations.
6. Providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing Power Platform solutions for optimal performance.
7. Keeping abreast of the latest features, updates, and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
8. Working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and other IT professionals to understand requirements, gather feedback, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
9. Assist power users in developing their own solutions using Power Platform tools.

Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field, Master’s degree preferred, 1. 5+ years of strong understanding and hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

1. 5+ years of knowledge of data modeling, database design, SQL, and data integration techniques.
2. 5+ years of familiarity with programming languages like JavaScript, JSON, and potentially others like C# or Python for advanced customizations and integrations.
3. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and other Office 365 services.
4. Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and devise effective solutions.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and end-users.
6. Microsoft Power Platform certifications, such as Power Platform App Maker or Power Platform Developer, can be highly beneficial.
7. Experience with API integrations and handling multiple data sources.
8. Familiarity with various content management systems and version control systems.
