Job description

Analyse und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Störungen
Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden bei Software- und Hardwarefragen
Klassifizierung und Dokumentation im Ticketsystem
Installation und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Geräten
Unterstützung bei Rollouts, Updates und User-Management
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Support

Requirements

Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich
Kenntnisse in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
Grundverständnis von Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit
Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Serviceorientierung
Lust auf Weiterentwicklung und neue Technologien
