Job description

We are looking for a hardworking, technically curious and highly organised Technical Delivery Coordinator to help us implement our AI software for customers in the UK and international markets.

This is not a conventional office-based coordination job. You will not simply attend meetings, update spreadsheets and wait for instructions.

You will be expected to take ownership, learn our software quickly, coordinate technical teams, communicate with customers, identify delivery gaps and ensure that projects move forward successfully.

Startup priorities can change quickly. Responsibilities will evolve, and there may be periods when additional effort, flexibility and travel are required to meet customer and project commitments.

This role is suitable for someone who wants responsibility, challenge and fast professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn Veunex software, AI capabilities and implementation processes in detail.
  • Coordinate the implementation of AI software within customer environments.
  • Organise delivery meetings and maintain clear ownership of actions and deadlines.
  • Follow up proactively with team members and help remove delivery blockers.
  • Translate customer requirements into clear actions for AI, software and operations teams.
  • Prepare implementation plans, progress reports, presentations and technical delivery documents.
  • Plan, coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing.
  • Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, issue logs and acceptance records.
  • Support software configuration, testing, customer training, go-live and handover.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies and outstanding actions.
  • Use AI and automation tools to improve research, documentation and delivery workflows.
  • Identify process gaps and propose practical, creative solutions.
  • Communicate confidently with customers, engineers, management and internal teams.
  • Travel to customer sites in the UK and internationally when required., You should expect:
  • Meaningful responsibility from an early stage
  • Direct communication and high accountability
  • The need to solve problems outside a narrowly defined job description
  • Regular interaction with customers and technical teams
  • Occasional travel and flexibility around project requirements
  • Continuous learning about AI, software and the energy industry

In return, you will have the opportunity to learn quickly, contribute directly to business growth and develop towards becoming a Delivery Owner responsible for complete customer projects.

Please Do Not Apply If

  • You are looking for a quiet, routine or purely administrative office job.
  • You expect every task to be assigned and explained before taking action.
  • You are uncomfortable with changing priorities or evolving responsibilities.
  • You are not interested in learning software and AI technology.
  • You prefer to work only within a narrow job description.
  • You are unwilling to travel when customer projects require it.
  • You are not prepared to work hard and take ownership of results.

Why Join Veunex?

  • Work directly with applied AI in real industrial environments.
  • Build technical delivery, UAT and customer-facing experience.
  • Take meaningful responsibility rather than only supporting from the sidelines.
  • Work closely with AI, software, HSE and energy-sector professionals.
  • Grow with an ambitious Aberdeen technology company serving international customers.
  • Develop towards full ownership of customer-delivery projects.

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • A degree in engineering, computer science, technology, data, energy, project management or a related discipline.
  • A hardworking, responsible and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent organisation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong technical curiosity and the ability to learn unfamiliar software quickly.
  • Confidence using modern AI tools for research, analysis, documentation and problem-solving.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when testing and validating software.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the UK and internationally.

Advantageous Experience

Previous experience in the software industry, SaaS, software implementation, digital products or technology projects would be a strong advantage.

Experience in any of the following would also be beneficial:

  • User Acceptance Testing
  • Software implementation or customer onboarding
  • Microsoft Project, Jira or similar project-management tools
  • Power Automate or workflow automation
  • APIs, SQL, Python or data visualisation
  • Software training and technical documentation
  • Oil and Gas, HSE or industrial technology
