PRODUCT DIRECTOR - DIGITAL HEALTH, ONLINE PHARMACY & TELEMEDICINE Build the Future of Healthcare

The Role

As Product Director, you will:

Own product vision, strategy and roadmap across a portfolio of healthcare products

Lead and develop Product Managers, Product Leads and senior product talent

Drive commercial outcomes through customer-centric product innovation

Shape future product strategy and investment decisions

Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Regulatory and Commercial teams

Drive product discovery, experimentation and outcome-based delivery

Build scalable product operating models and ways of working

Represent Product internally and externally across customers, suppliers and strategic partners

Influence executive decision-making and long-term business strategy

We are specifically looking for a commercially focused Product Director who understands how to build products that deliver measurable business outcomes whilst improving patient care.

Experience building patient-facing products involving online consultations, prescribing journeys, medication fulfilment, healthcare subscriptions, chronic condition management, dermatology, weight management, men’s health, women’s health, virtual care or medication-based treatment programmes is highly desirable.

Experience within one or more of the following areas is also highly desirable:

Digital Health, 10- 12+ years’ experience in Product Management, with the majority of your career spent building SaaS, Platform or Technology products., Experience leading Product Managers, Product Leads and senior product teams is essential.

Commercial Product Expertise

This is a highly commercial leadership role.

You will have experience delivering measurable outcomes across:

Revenue growth

Customer retention

Product adoption

Customer expansion

Operational efficiency

Market growth

Experience operating within a technical, commercial product model is essential.

Product Strategy & Innovation

The business is looking to strengthen strategic product capability.

You will have experience:

Defining product vision and long-term strategy

Leading discovery and validation programmes

Launching new products from concept to market (0-1)

Scaling successful products

Improving existing products through measurable outcomes

Creating repeatable product frameworks and operating models

Coaching product teams on modern product practices

We’re looking for someone who can explain not only what they have built, but how they built it and how they would teach others to do the same.

Healthcare & Domain Expertise

Experience within one or more of the following areas is essential

Exposure to NHS ecosystems, eMAR environments, healthcare software providers, healthcare data platforms or highly regulated healthcare technology environments would be highly advantageous.

Clinical Background Highly Desirable

Particular interest in candidates who have worked as:

Pharmacists

Clinical Pharmacists

Prescribing Pharmacists

Doctors

GPs

Physicians

Healthcare professionals who have transitioned into Product Leadership

Executive Presence

You will be comfortable:

Representing Product at executive level

Building relationships with suppliers and strategic partners

Acting as the voice of Product across the organisation
