• Designing and implementing automated test frameworks for APIs, microservices and distributed systems
• Developing and maintaining test automation across cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Supporting CI/CD pipeline integration and test execution in continuous delivery workflows
• Writing test code in languages such as Java, Python or C# (.NET / ASP.NET) to validate application functionality
• Collaborating with development teams to identify, document and validate defects
• Maintaining test data quality and supporting data pipeline validation
• Troubleshooting test failures and contributing to improvements in test coverage and reliability
• Supporting SAP environments (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP RISE) where applicable to the role
• Contributing to test strategy and quality assurance practices within the team

• Proven experience in test automation and software development engineering in test
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, C#, or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience with API and microservices testing
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with distributed systems and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
• Right to work in the United Kingdom

Nice-to-have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform)
• Familiarity with SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC or RISE)
• Experience with data quality validation and ETL testing
• Linux or Windows system administration skills
• Exposure to Spring Boot, Spring Framework or React
• Power BI or advanced Excel proficiency
• Certifications in QA, BPMN, UML or related methodologies
