Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant

As the company continues to expand its customer base and partner network, they are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant to join their Power Platform team., We are hiring a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Consultant (Power Platform) to lead the delivery of CRM implementations and act as a subject matter expert across the Microsoft Power Platform. Working across the full project lifecycle, you will collaborate with customers to understand their requirements, deliver tailored CRM solutions, and support the continued evolution of the platform.

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform implementation projects
• Act as the technical and functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Power Platform
• Gather customer requirements through workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Configure and extend Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using Power Platform
• Support ongoing platform development, integrations, and solution enhancements
• Deliver customer demonstrations, presentations, and end-user training
• Ensure solutions are delivered using structured development and deployment processes
• Work closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
• Manage multiple customer projects while maintaining exceptional service and communication

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Experience working with AI capabilities and Microsoft Copilot within the Power Platform
• Confident leading customer workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering training
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a customer-facing consultancy environment
• Microsoft PL-900 certification is essential
• PL-600 certification would be highly advantageous
