Job description

As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Network Support Engineer / Technician to strengthen our technical support team. You will serve as a key technical contact for partners, and system integrators, providing assistance with the deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of TP-Link networking (Omada) and video surveillance (VIGI) solutions., Technical Support

· Provide technical support to partners, distributors, and system integrators.

· Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues.

· Assist customers in deploying, configuring, and optimizing TP-Link networking products.

· Perform root cause analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.

· Escalate complex issues to R&D and international technical teams when necessary.

Customer Guidance & Training

· Advise customers on networking best practices.

· Contribute to technical documentation, installation guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.

Continuous Improvement

· Stay up to date with networking technologies and industry trends.

· Participate in testing and validation of new products and features.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines strong networking knowledge with excellent communication and customer service skills., · Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Telecommunications, or related field.

· Previous experience in technical support, network administration, or network engineering is preferred.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Customer-oriented mindset.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Self-motivated, organized, and team-oriented.

Required Technical Skills

Essential Knowledge

· TCP/IP networking.

· Switching and VLANs.

· IPv4/IPv6 routing.

· DHCP, DNS, and NAT.

· Wi-Fi technologies (including Wi-Fi 7).

· Basic network security.

· Network troubleshooting and packet analysis.

Preferred Skills

· Enterprise networking environments.

· Cloud-managed networking solutions.

· VPN technologies (IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard).

· Omada platform or equivalent network management solutions.

· Advanced network security.

· SD-WAN solutions.

· Videosurveillance IP.

· Industry certifications (CCNA, CWNA, or equivalent).
