Job description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support the engineering and design of data centers, AI factories, and other mission-critical industrial facilities. This role will focus on medium and low voltage power distribution systems, building electrical systems, and campus-style power infrastructure for large-scale advanced manufacturing and industrial environments., * Design and engineer medium and low voltage power distribution systems for data centers and industrial facilities

  • Support the design of UPS systems, emergency power systems, grounding, lighting, and low-voltage communication systems
  • Develop electrical engineering deliverables and construction documentation
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary project teams to establish project requirements and design solutions
  • Perform quality reviews of engineering and design packages
  • Assist with construction support activities, including coordination with clients, owners, and contractors
  • Support retrofit and upgrade projects for existing mission-critical facilities
  • Contribute to project scope, schedule, budget, and quality management activities
  • Lead and mentor Electrical Engineers within the project team environment
  • Participate in technical collaboration and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

Do you have a valid Professional Engineer license?, Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering?, The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in industrial facility electrical design, leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of mission-critical power systems. This is a highly collaborative role working within multi-disciplinary engineering teams in a fast-paced project environment., * Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in:
  • Medium and low voltage distribution systems
  • Building electrical systems
  • Campus-style power distribution systems
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required
  • Strong experience with industrial facility electrical design
  • Working knowledge of Revit or BIM software
  • Solid understanding of NFPA 70 (NEC)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy and technical aptitude
  • Ability to lead Electrical Engineering teams
  • Experience supporting Data Center or AI Factory projects
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of data center facility design experience
  • Experience designing large-scale greenfield projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary engineering teams
  • Passion for buildings, infrastructure, and construction design
