Information Security Analyst

Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our team in Paradise. The Information Security Analyst - IAM is primarily responsible for managing user provisioning (adds, removals, changes) in the core processing system and ancillary applications. In addition, this role will also assist with information security activities such as monitoring, resilience and incident response. Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor key risk indicators
• Provision, modify, and deprovision user access to core banking system and applications in accordance with established procedures
• Perform periodic access reviews and support audit-related activities.
• Develop and maintain security procedures
• Assist with maintaining and delivering security awareness training
• Assist with reviewing logs for anomalous behavior
• Participate in incident response
• Governance reporting (change management, system patching, etc.)
• Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation of access changes
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve routine access-related issues; escalate complex issues as appropriate Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery programs
• Participate in Business Continuity Plan (BCP) reviews
• Collaborate with the Information Security team and Information Technology team on assigned initiatives
• Serve in a backup capacity for the Information Security team
• Perform other duties as required.

Do you have experience in Banking?, * Experience performing Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities

• Experience working with Change Management processes and Software
• Experience reviewing log reports for anomalous activity
• Familiarity with the AS/400 iSeries platform.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience with Core Banking software.
• Skilled at critical thinking and problem solving.
• Independent, willing to learn, self-motivated work ethic
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures
• Effective organizational and communication skills
