TS/SCI - NOC Analyst Tiers 1

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for TS/SCI NOC Analyst Tiers 1-4. This is onsite in Tysons, VA and is a full-time position. Responsibilities and qualifications vary from tier 1 to tier 4. Tier Essential Duties of the TS/SCI NOC Analyst Tiers 1-4:

• Tier 4 - Shift Lead: Operations & Escalation Management
• Tier 3 - Mid-Tier Troubleshooting & Advanced Escalations
• Tier 2 - Light Troubleshooting & System Updates
• Tier 1 - Application Monitoring & System Failure Detection

Qualifications of the TS/SCI NOC Analyst Tiers 1-4:

• 1-7+ years of experience in network design and operations.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, SolarWinds, Dynatrace).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting network issues and performing updates.
• Experience in network troubleshooting or enterprise IT support

• $85,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
