Job description

  • Design and deliver agentic workflows and scalable microservices using Python within a distributed system architecture.
  • Lead the integration of Generative AI capabilities into production systems.
  • Implement operational practices and observability to ensure AI reliability in production.
  • Drive overall engineering quality and speed by implementing AI-SDLC practices.
  • Mentor fellow engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional full-stack or backend engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building agents or agentic workflows in production at scale within a distributed system architecture.
  • Proficiency in high-scale AI-based development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
  • Experience with GraphQL or REST and designing scalable, cloud-based distributed architectures.
  • Comfortable with AWS (K8S, Serverless, Event-driven), messaging (SQS, SNS), and databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
  • Proven expertise building autonomous agentic systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents, CrewAI, OpenClaw, or Hermes.
  • Fluent in Python (preferred) or TypeScript/Go/Rust.
  • Solid background with the AWS stack, including Kubernetes (K8S), Terraform (IaC), and CI/CD.
  • Experience with frontend stack (NextJS, React.js, or similar) is a plus.
