Automation / Software Engineer - Aviation Testing

• Translate customer requirements to software solutions/concepts from concepts to planning and realization to testing, consider customer to requirements
• Development of software solutions and software programs for test systems

• Focus on systems special layer (C#,…)

• Implement communication protocols between components, equipment & test units

• Realize test sequences in our standard software

• PLC solutions

• Commission, test, and troubleshoot software on aerospace test equipment
• Ensure data integrity, change management and compliance with customer requirements
• Cooperate with customer support team for handling customer support/service needs

• University degree in Aerospace Systems Engineering, Electrical-/Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering
• Minimum 3 years on job experience
• Minimum 2 years experience with mechatronics / automation solutions
• Strong software / system design skills C++ and C#
• Experience in PLC development
• Experience with Data Management / Database (f.e. MS SQL,…)
• Ideal good understanding of electrics, pneumatics hydraulics and mechanical systems - automation technology
• Outstanding analytical skills & interest to be on the product and managing code in interaction with real equipment and process
• Motivated, self-directed and comfortable to work on real equipment
