Job description

Intalus is seeking an IT Compliance & Program Manager to lead compliance program execution, project coordination, audit readiness activities, and governance initiatives supporting the company’s cybersecurity, quality, and regulatory objectives.

This role combines program management responsibilities with hands-on compliance execution and will serve as a key coordinator across Information Technology, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external service providers.

The ideal candidate possesses experience managing complex compliance initiatives while maintaining detailed documentation, schedules, budgets, risks, and audit evidence.

Essential Responsibilities

Program Management (50%)

  • Manage implementation schedules for cybersecurity, compliance, and IT initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across internal teams, consultants, and vendors.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Collaborate with engineers to reduce or remove POA&Ms
  • Prepare executive-level status reports and dashboards.
  • Facilitate daily, weekly and other project meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Support Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities.
  • Assist with budgeting and resource planning.

Compliance Management (50%)

  • Support CMMC Level 2 implementation and assessment readiness.
  • Maintain compliance evidence repositories.
  • Coordinate policy, standard, and procedure development.
  • Track Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
  • Support ISO 9001 and AS9100 readiness activities.
  • Coordinate internal audits and corrective action programs.
  • Assist with supplier and third-party risk reviews.
  • Support customer and regulatory audit activities.
  • Participate in and lead annual renewals of CMMC, ISO, AS, NADCAP

Governance & Documentation

  • Maintain compliance metrics and reporting.
  • Manage document control processes.
  • Coordinate recurring compliance reviews.
  • Support executive reporting and board-level updates.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program management, compliance, audit, or governance experience.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with waterfall and agile planning techniques.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Experience developing reports and executive presentations.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar frameworks.
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Security+, CAP, CISA, CRISC, or similar certifications.
  • Experience supporting government contractors.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and collaboration platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience

Salary Range

$105,000 - $145,000

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
