Sr. Software Engineer

Job Duties: Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications. Analyze user needs and communicate same to team to develop appropriate software solutions. Coordinate the team’s development of test strategies, devices, and systems to optimize operational efficiency. May perform data migration and data synchronization implementation functions. Technologies may vary depending on project needs. May train new or junior team members such as programmers and developers (approximately 3-10 depending on project); provide end-to-end project support to customer and technical teams; write white papers or other reports; and help define project strategies and standards.
