Murex Configuration and Release Manager

Understand the day to day activity of a CEM Consultant

with a focus on Murex environment management

Review configuration, release controls, and deployments

Understand the responses to customer (client) queries related environment configuration

Understand how to assist customer with set-up of: launchers, wrapper scripts, load balancing, and launcher allocations

Review process to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to environment instability, bottlenecks, and/or poor performance

provide updates on the progress to the internal team

Review process for EOD batch monitoring (intensive and time sensitive during month-end closing) and incident management.

Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests, working closely with project team.

Maintain knowledge base for the applications and processes in scope of the team on the Wiki

Provide requirements to build team for bug fixing and continuous improvements

Whether you possess a background in finance, technology or Mathematics, your experience in the capital markets industry would be of high interest to us, Must have

10-15 years of relevant experience; Understanding of Configuration and Environment Management is a must

Previous Experience leading in Murex environment management

Experience with tools: UNIX, SQL, JAMS (or similar Job Scheduling tool)

Shell scripting

DevOps experience (a plus)

Strong communication skills

Experience with modern Continuous Integration processes and toolchains
