Insight Global is seeking a reliable and Data Center Exit Shredder to support a large-scale data center decommissioning effort. This is a hands-on, active role focused on securely destroying legacy data media and supporting equipment movement within the data center., * Securely shred and destroy legacy data tapes as part of a large exit initiative (approximately 60,000 tapes total

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly

• Ability to stand and perform physical work for the full workday

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality for a 5-day onsite schedule

• Willingness to work in a data center environment * Previous warehouse, data center, manufacturing, or manual labor experience

• Experience working with shredding, recycling, or secure material handling

• Familiarity with safety protocols in industrial or technical environments
