Senior SSIS/SSAS Data Warehouse Developer

The consultant will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing backend data processes that power enterprise Power BI dashboards while developing scalable ETL and analytical solutions using Microsoft SQL Server technologies. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), SQL Server 20192022, Microsoft .NET, and enterprise data warehouse development. Experience with the Ed-Fi Data Standard and Educator Preparation Data Model (EPDM) is highly preferred., Develop, maintain, and enhance SSIS ETL packages. Design, develop, and support SSAS cubes and tabular models. Maintain backend data warehouse processes supporting Power BI dashboards. Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries. Create deployment packages and migration instructions for test and production environments. Prepare and maintain technical documentation and system specifications. Participate in business requirements gathering and solution analysis. Evaluate dashboard enhancement requests and provide feasibility assessments. Estimate development effort and implementation timelines. Support dashboard governance activities and technical reviews. Optimize ETL performance and data processing workflows. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective solutions. Collaborate with business users, developers, and technical teams. Ensure data integrity, quality, and consistency across reporting platforms. Minimum 10 years of experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Minimum 10 years of experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS). Minimum 6 years of experience with SQL Server 20192022. Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft .NET development. Minimum 5 years of experience preparing technical documentation. Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Ed-Fi Data Standard. Minimum 5 years of experience with the Educator Preparation Data Model (EPDM). Strong experience developing and supporting enterprise data warehouse solutions. Experience participating in requirements gathering and technical solution design. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Power BI. Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. Experience with dashboard governance and enhancement processes. Experience providing feasibility analysis and development estimates. Experience deploying solutions across development, test, and production environments., Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
