Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Developer to join our innovative digital team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using AEM platform and related technologies. Your expertise will drive the creation of engaging, scalable, and efficient digital experiences that meet business objectives and enhance user engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and system designs.
- Integrate AEM with other enterprise systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and microservices architecture.
- Optimize application performance by implementing best practices in caching, scalability, and system design for distributed systems.
- Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) standards.
- Maintain version control using tools such as Git or SVN while supporting CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment processes.
- Support system upgrades, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to improve overall platform stability and user experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in web development with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform.
- Extensive knowledge of Java-based development including Java EE technologies such as WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), Spring Framework, and OOP principles.
- Proficiency in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Bootstrap, and UI/UX best practices.
- Hands-on experience with application design patterns including MVC (Model-View-Controller), microservices architecture, and system design for distributed computing environments.
- Familiarity with database design and management using SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server) or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development, web services (SOAP/WCF), XML/JSON data formats, and API security protocols.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure to support scalable deployment solutions.
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub or TFS/TFS (Team Foundation Server), along with CI/CD tools for continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to work within Agile software development methodologies while maintaining high standards of quality through thorough testing and debugging.
