  • An international environment: Join a diverse team with colleagues from across Europe.
  • Mobility across locations: Opportunity to work from our offices in Copenhagen, Paris, Amsterdam or Berlin.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Modelling & Collection: Build robust, scalable data models using SQL and dbt to support recurring and ad-hoc marketing analytics needs.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Lead analytical projects end-to-end, managing timelines, priorities and senior stakeholder expectations across local BUs, Marketing and Data.

  • Customer Lifecycle Analytics: Analyse onboarding, activation, retention and lifecycle campaigns, helping local teams improve customer engagement and long-term revenue quality.
  • Performance Marketing Analytics: Analyse paid and organic acquisition performance across channels, campaigns, audiences and markets, helping teams understand where growth is efficient and where optimisation is needed.
  • Experimentation & Incrementality: Support the design, measurement and interpretation of marketing experiments, including A/B tests, landing-page tests, lifecycle tests and channel tests.
  • Cross-functional Connectivity: Bridge insights across Revenue, Product, Marketing, Finance and Customer Success, ensuring a unified view of customer acquisition, value creation and retention.
