Requirements

If you love tinkering with tech, helping people solve frustrating problems, and want to launch your IT career from the comfort of your home, we want to hear from you!, You don’t need 5 years of experience, but you do need passion and foundational knowledge. We are looking for:

Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPNs), and PC/Mac hardware components.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication. You can explain technical solutions to non-technical people without sounding like a robot.

Remote Work Readiness: A quiet workspace and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Bonus Points: An CompTIA A+ certification, an Associate’s degree in IT/Computer Science, or prior experience in customer service/help desk environments (even retail tech support counts!).
