Job description

As a Staff Scheduler, you will create, manage, and maintain weekly schedules for Associates in the Ride Operations department, organize ride trainings, respond to scheduling-related questions and concerns, and perform additional administrative functions as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office products.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

  • Store discount, This position is seasonal, offering an hourly rate of pay ($18-$20), a free season pass for yourself, up to 4 discounted season passes for dependents, as well as food and merchandise discounts. All training will be provided on-site; however prior scheduling experience is a plus. The Staff Scheduler position typically begins in late April (but our next hire will start ASAP) and ends in early September. During the months of June, July, and August, the hours for the position are mainly evenings (4pm - 11pm), including weekends and holidays. The position requires 35+ hours per week during peak season with approximately 10-20 daytime hours available in April, May, and September., * Employee discount
