Job description

We run an automated trading system that operates structured-product and derivatives strategies across multiple crypto exchanges. We’re looking for a Python developer to own and extend the bot, build new exchange integrations, and keep the platform running reliably. You’ll work directly with our trading operator to turn real-world trading needs into clean, well-tested code.

This is a hands-on engineering role where your work directly affects live capital, so reliability and careful error handling matter as much as shipping features.

What you’ll do

Develop and maintain the core trading bot (Python) - order logic, position management, and execution.

Build and extend integrations with crypto exchange APIs (REST and WebSocket); adapt strategies to work across different venues.

Design and refine trading and hedging strategies in collaboration with the trading operator.

Maintain and improve the monitoring dashboard (React / Vite).

Own deployment and infrastructure (Linux servers, services, process management) and keep multiple environments healthy.

Build monitoring, alerting, and watchdog / fail-safe systems to catch issues before they cost money.

Investigate live incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ship fixes. Improve execution quality, fee efficiency, and overall system robustness.

Requirements

Strong Python, including async and API-heavy code. Solid experience integrating REST and WebSocket APIs.

Comfortable administering Linux servers - deployment, services, logs, and debugging in production.

Good grasp of order mechanics: limit vs market orders, maker/taker, and order books. Git and a disciplined, incremental approach to changes.

A reliability-first mindset: error handling, idempotency, and fail-safes for a system that handles real funds.

Nice to have Experience with crypto trading, derivatives, or structured products (e.g., dual investment).

Prior work on trading bots or other reliability-sensitive systems. Familiarity with Bybit or similar exchanges. Frontend experience (React) and a cloud / DevOps background.
