Job description
We’re looking for a software engineer with strong experience building data-intensive systems and deploying AI agents into production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, taking ownership of products, and building intelligent automation that replaces manual workflows., * Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents for complex business workflows.
- Develop end-to-end features across backend services, ETL pipelines, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build automation systems that streamline permitting, siting, and interconnection processes.
- Work closely with product managers and domain experts to deliver impactful features.
- Scale AI-driven platforms handling increasing workloads and data volumes.
- Apply AI technologies to solve real-world infrastructure and energy challenges.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Recent hands-on experience deploying AI agents into production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with LangGraph, Agent SDKs, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience building scalable backend systems, ETL pipelines, databases, and infrastructure.
- Comfortable working in startup environments with high ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a leading university.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience at a high-growth AI SaaS or vertical AI startup.
- Experience with geospatial data, GIS, or energy infrastructure.
- Background in renewable energy, climate technology, or infrastructure software.
- Strong full-stack engineering capabilities.
