• Consulting: Consultant utilization, project profitability, knowledge management, AI enabled advisory services, forecasting, resource planning, digital transformation.

• Advertising, Media and Publishing: Campaign profitability, creative operations, AI assisted content, client engagement, financial visibility, project management.

• Business Services: Workforce productivity, scheduling, operational efficiency, service delivery, recurring revenue, automation, margin improvement.

• Transportation: Driver shortages, fleet utilization, routing, predictive maintenance, fuel costs, operational visibility, connected logistics.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with executive leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled transformation strategies.

• Lead discovery sessions focused on business outcomes rather than software features.

• Deliver compelling demonstrations that connect finance, projects, operations, customer engagement, and AI into one business story.

• Develop deep expertise across the Business Services industry and become a trusted advisor to customers and colleagues.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

• Build industry thought leadership, reusable demonstration assets, and executive presentations.

• Mentor Solution Consultants and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings and industry events.

Responsibilities

You may have built your career in consulting, ERP implementation, finance transformation, professional services, operations, transportation, or enterprise software. You are naturally curious, enjoy solving complex business problems, thrive in executive conversations, and believe Artificial Intelligence will redefine how service organizations create value.

• 7+ years of Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, ERP Consulting, Business Consulting, Professional Services, Operations, or related experience.

• Experience supporting Consulting, Advertising, Professional Services, Transportation, or Business Services organizations.

• Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Professional Services Automation, CRM, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, or Enterprise Applications.

• Executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from: $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
