Job description
We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Engineer to join a high-impact team, focused on building scalable, secure, and modern Salesforce solutions. This team supports business development, operations, and other key stakeholders by streamlining processes, improving data quality, and enabling a best-in-class client experience.
You’ll play a hands-on role in enhancing and evolving a complex Salesforce ecosystem, working closely with business partners to translate requirements into well-designed, production-ready solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Enhance, support, and evolve a Salesforce platform used across multiple business functions
- Design and build new screens, features, and end-to-end functionality
- Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementations
- Test and validate functionality to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with requirements
- Manage Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, and security controls
- Own production deployments for releases and bug fixes
- Follow and promote Salesforce and general software engineering best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email-to-Case, and Case Routing
- Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex
- Experience building and maintaining Lightning Flows
- Advanced Salesforce security models experience (required)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Flosum or Git
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST, Bulk APIs, or Platform Events
Nice to Have
- Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce
- Exposure to AI-powered IDEs for Salesforce development
- Unit testing and automated testing experience
- Additional Salesforce certifications
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Exposure to JavaScript, jQuery, or Java
