  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs and implementations
  • Test and validate functionality to ensure quality, performance, and alignment with requirements
  • Manage Salesforce administration, including users, permissions, and security controls
  • Own production deployments for releases and bug fixes
  • Follow and promote Salesforce and general software engineering best practices

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing and developing solutions on the Salesforce platform
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Email-to-Case, and Case Routing
  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Apex
  • Experience building and maintaining Lightning Flows
  • Advanced Salesforce security models experience (required)
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Flosum or Git
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and investigative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST, Bulk APIs, or Platform Events

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce AI tools, including Agentforce
  • Exposure to AI-powered IDEs for Salesforce development
  • Unit testing and automated testing experience
  • Additional Salesforce certifications
  • Working knowledge of SQL
  • Exposure to JavaScript, jQuery, or Java

Who You Are

  • A motivated, collaborative team player
  • Thoughtful, mature, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving organization
  • Passionate about technology and building high-quality solutions
