Job description

  • Manage a list of features assigned to different departments as the Delivery Scrum Master.
  • Oversee dependencies, issues, and progress across teams.
  • Control budget and ensure quality implementation.
  • Report progress to senior management.
  • Provide business security services by managing and maintaining security solutions, aligning them with evolving user needs, and delivering operational services related to IT Security Infrastructure.
  • Perform day-to-day activities for incident, change, and release management.
  • Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of security management services by defining KPIs, controlling activities, and implementing improvements.
  • Monitor trends and deviations, identifying opportunities for further improvement in access management services.
  • Support stakeholders in security communication, coordination, and cooperation, ensuring a smooth environment and facilitating continuous improvement.
  • Help teams self-organize and reinforce scrum/agile practices.
  • Take delivery ownership for fraud backlog items, ensuring collaboration within and across tribes and squads.
  • Participate in the Community of Practice for Scrum Masters to share experiences and best practices.
  • Set up and facilitate feature owner ceremonies (Scrum of Scrum).
  • Guarantee smooth use of Scrum methodology and help Security Squads overcome obstacles, promoting self-organization.
  • Support Initiative Owners and Product Owners with the Security Product Backlog, facilitating healthy team dynamics and respecting priorities and scope.
  • Organize coordination and collaboration within the cluster/tribe and with stakeholders, managing interdependencies to ensure product delivery.
  • Assist teams in delivering the Definition of Done, Sprint Backlog, and other deliverables.
  • Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress.
  • Contribute to the squad Continuous Improvement Roadmap by identifying and resolving structural problems., * Consultancy Nature: You will work on-site as a consultant, fully integrated into client environments while representing Keystone Solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree, or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Mandatory technical experience: delivery-oriented project management, experience in international/multi-disciplinary companies, knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira), understanding of automated testing and continuous integration tooling, sound knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
  • Preferable: experience in IT Security (IAM, Resiliency, or Cyber Defense domains).
  • Mandatory business experience: expert knowledge of agile methodology and techniques (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
  • Preferable: professional experience in Financial Services.
  • Soft skills: quick self-starter, proactive attitude, resilience, strong communication and influencing skills, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, commitment, perseverance, ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments, strictness in project follow-up, hands-on and practical orientation, delivery focus.
  • Language requirements: fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Agile teams are cross-functional; all required disciplines are represented and team members are expected to contribute beyond their primary roles to achieve sprint goals.
