METHODS TECHNICIAN (H/F

As a Methods Technician, you are involved in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes as well as in their validation. You are the field relay and communicate in a structured manner. You report directly to the Method & Process Project Manager.

• You write/verify operating procedures to ensure the smooth running of manufacturing operations;

• You actively participate in the training of the production staff;

• You are a driving force behind the optimization of production technologies (tooling needs, production flow, workstation improvement, rate, profitability, etc.);

• You actively participate in continuous improvement projects;

• You ensure collaboration with the Production Supervisor;

• You apply the procedures of the Quality Management System., * You are a team player, have initiative and like to make decisions;

• You are synthetic and analytical.

• You have a Bachelor degree in electromechanics or equivalent by experience;

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;

• You have a good command of English and French;

• You master MS Office;

• You have a good knowledge of CAD tools such as SolidWorks
