Job description

In this role, you’ll drive QA initiatives and champion quality across our product teams. You’ll shape our testing strategy, accelerate automation, and enable teams with the right tools, frameworks, and best practices. As a trusted partner and coach, you’ll share your expertise, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and empower teams to take end-to-end ownership of quality. Together, you’ll help deliver reliable, scalable, and customer-focused solutions that create outstanding experiences for our customers across Europe.

  • Be a key contributor of the implementation phase of the QA Strategy aligned with Kramp’s Tech strategy and ensure initiatives support strategic goals.

  • Establish and track measurable KPIs to evaluate platform quality, stability, security, cost efficiency, adoption, and developer satisfaction.

  • Own and prioritize the QA Platform team’s backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and organizational priorities.

  • Create clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria to support effective delivery for the QA platform team to develop.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, incorporate feedback, and drive platform improvements.

  • Represent QA and testing requirements within ERP governance, planning, and decision-making processes.

  • Champion test automation, quality engineering best practices, and strategic QA initiatives to increase adoption and engagement across teams.

  • Ensure QA platform implementations contribute to overall platform quality, reliability, stability, and operational excellence.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on platform performance and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to QA platform initiatives while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Additionally, the key mission of this position is to build, scale, and lead the QA Platform Team, taking full end-to-end ownership of the platform’s vision, strategy, and delivery. You will be the driving force behind the QA Platform, enabling product teams across Kramp with automation frameworks, tooling, and best practices. This includes:

  • Designing and executing a group-wide test strategy.

  • Leading the adoption of test automation tools on different teams at Kramp level (e.g. Playwright, Browserstack, etc).

  • Optimizing test environments, tooling, and data management.

  • Ensuring a seamless developer experience through robust QA support.

  • You will work closely with the QA Practice Lead to lead and shape Kramp’s QA strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, combined with a background as a Test Engineer/Test Lead, with the ability to navigate complex platforms and domains.

  • Proven track record in managing test data, test environments, and test strategies at scale.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and align teams at all levels.

  • Passionate about driving change and inspiring others to embrace new ideas, technologies, and ways of working.

  • Experience driving quality, test automation, and governance across complex enterprise environments.

  • Skilled in prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, stakeholder input, and organizational priorities.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting quality initiatives within large-scale ERP transformation programs.
