Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong UX strategy with hands-on design expertise and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex user problems.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers, Developers, and stakeholders to transform research and insights into seamless user journeys that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery and user research to wireframes, prototypes, testing, and final design recommendations.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyse qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions.
  • Create user flows, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver user-focused digital products.
  • Advocate for user-centred design principles and promote UX best practices across projects.
  • Facilitate design workshops and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and maintain design systems and UX standards.
  • Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior UX Designer, UX Designer, or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design methodologies and successful digital products.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, responsive design, and UX best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints., * Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, e-commerce, or consumer-facing digital products.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-informed design.
  • Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development principles is advantageous.
