Job description

Join a growing technology team as a Software Engineering Manager and lead the delivery of innovative, scalable software solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering leader to guide development teams, improve software quality, and drive technical excellence while supporting business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and mentor software engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver high-quality software projects on schedule.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to define technical solutions.
  • Promote best practices in software development, code quality, and Agile delivery.
  • Support system architecture, application performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture.
  • Evaluate and implement modern development tools and technologies.

Requirements

  • Experience in software engineering, technical leadership, or engineering management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and Agile methodologies.
  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, DevOps, or modern development practices is beneficial.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
