Job description

At Kenos Technology, we are looking for a UX/UI Mid-level Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience designing web and mobile applications to help shape a world-class digital experience that redefines how customers interact with their luxury vehicles and lifestyle. Responsabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across the Content Hub ecosystem, from discovery and user journeys to delivering production-ready web and mobile experiences.
  • Design innovative concepts for a storytelling platform, delivering engaging solutions across web and app environments.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the design system, driving consistency, scalability, and quality.
  • Take strategic ownership of product design decisions from discovery through delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to deliver cohesive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Support user research initiatives, validating concepts and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Partner with engineers throughout implementation, ensuring high-quality execution across front-end and mobile.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years designing web and mobile applications in product environments.
  • Figma: Advanced proficiency for wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and component creation.
  • UX fundamentals: Solid knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, user flows, and interaction design principles.
  • Prototyping: Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • User research: Familiarity with research methods, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback.
  • Native mobile: Experience designing for iOS and Android.
  • Accessibility: Awareness of WCAG standards and inclusive design best practices.
  • Collaboration tools: Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Microsoft Teams.
  • AI-assisted tools: Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Copilot.
  • Design systems: Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries.
  • GitHub: Basic understanding for reviewing requirements and collaborating with development teams.
  • Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Language: B2-C1 English is required Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in content platforms, digital marketing, or content hubs.
  • Knowledge of personalization, audience segmentation, and contextual journeys.
  • Experience using product analytics to validate design decisions.
  • Experience in advanced qualitative research (interviews, A/B testing, field studies).
