Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is primarily office-based, providing administrative support to our warehouse operation. There will also be opportunities to gain a basic understanding of warehouse processes and operations., * Must be a multi skilled worker with IT skills and data entry experience.

  • Full Training will be given to anyone that starts.
  • Monitor and manage shared email inboxes.
  • Provide Proofs of Delivery (PODs) to customers.
  • Cancel, reschedule, and schedule customer orders.
  • Print customer label requests.
  • Process weekly timesheets.
  • Maintain annual leave and absence records.
  • Order and manage office stationery, including stock checks.
  • Run and distribute match reports.
  • Raise and track IT support requests.
  • Coordinate and issue uniform orders.
  • Maintain training records and ensure mandatory training is completed.
  • Provide general administrative support to the warehouse management team.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required.
  • There will be some heavy lifting involved so safety shoes must been worn while in the warehouse.
  • Full UK drivers licence is required.
  • Full UK settled status - no limit

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or warehouse environment would be advantageous but is not essential., * Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or warehouse support role is desirable.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn new tasks.
