Director of Business Systems Technology

We are looking for a Director of Business Systems Technology with strong leadership experience and a proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery teams across at least two of the following platforms: Salesforce, Boomi, NetSuite, and Workday. The ideal candidate will also be highly operational, with a proven track record of building technology roadmaps that help organizations scale. This role will manage up to 4 direct reports while providing leadership across a broader delivery organization of 50-75+ team members.

• 15+ years of IT experience
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to build scalable technical roadmaps
• Strong operational skills to assess business processes and recommend improvements
• Experience with two of the following: Salesforce, NetSuite, Boomi, Workday
• AI Savvy
