We’re looking for a Senior Experience Designer with a passion for crafting simple solutions for complex problems who’s ignited by the opportunity to grow their career with a global team of design professionals., * Communicate customer requirements through storytelling, interactive prototypes and detailed visual/functional design specifications

• Design and optimize products and interactions based on thorough understanding customer needs, context, and business objectives
• Propose solutions and processes to solve complex design challenges. Apply and extend design patterns and devise new solutions for unique scenarios
• Facilitate and moderate customer research in 1-on-1and group settings to gain insights to inform better business and design decisions
• Partner with Product Management, Development, Experience Design colleagues and other stakeholders to prioritize and execute on project work and to ensure a cohesive experience
• Maintain familiarity with other Autodesk products as well as competitive products to ensure viability with proposed solutions
• Plan and conduct user research and usability testing independently

As an Experience Designer at Autodesk, you will apply your experience design and research skills to help us craft the next generation of design and engineering CAD tools for Autodesk Fusion. You’ll work with a talented team of Experience Designers and Experience Architects, as well as stakeholders from Product Management, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Content Development, and Quality Assurance, to create compelling experiences that help our customers solve their most critical design and manufacturing problems., * 4-5 years of relevant experience in Industry

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Quality portfolio of recent professional XD project work
• Collaborative work ethic, * Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Interaction design
• Experience designing for SAAS and AI solutions
• Experience within the fields of Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with 3D design/engineering/manufacturing software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Pro/Engineer, etc)

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
