Sr. .Net Developer

Hybrid role based in Phoenix, AZ (local candidates only; must specify location in resume).

• Initial onsite training and onboarding for first 3 months; reduced onsite presence thereafter (as little as once a week or less).
• Designs, develops, tests, and debugs web applications for business use.
• Strong SQL skills required, including T-SQL optimization, refactoring, and performance tuning (concurrency & latency).
• Reviews, tests, and ensures code quality for structured programs.
• Prepares and conducts unit testing to ensure software meets specifications.
• Analyzes automation requests and translates requirements/specs into software solutions.
• Creates project work plans, develops schedules, and provides time/cost estimates.
• Produces required technical documentation (Technical Specs, Design Docs, etc.) following SDM standards.
• Collaborates with users to understand requirements, provide enhancements, and resolve issues for existing applications.
• Participates in all phases of full software development lifecycle.
• Prepares and communicates routine project status reports to customers.
• Attends team and technical meetings as required.

Expert in C#, .NET (including .NET Core), Visual Studio

• Advanced ASP.Net 4.0+, Entity Framework
• Advanced Web Services, RESTful API integration
• Expert SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL
• Proficient in Bootstrap, JavaScript, React (with hooks, state management via Redux or Context API), and TypeScript
• Understanding of component lifecycle and performance optimization best practices
• Must pass background check and drug screening (HireRight).
• Must be available for in-person interview and able to start within 2 weeks of offer.
