IT Technician

• Excellent communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in computer hardware and software troubleshooting and repair.

• Computer hardware and software certifications preferred.

• High school diploma minimum, college course study in a computer related field preferred.

• Proficient in the use of office software suites.

• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MacOS Operating Systems.

• Experience in Active Directory Network Environment.

• Ability to plan and organize, work independently; good work habits with attention to detail.

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations requiring decision-making.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from administrators, teachers and school staff.
