Job description

The University of Tennessee at Martin is seeking a talented and collaborative Enterprise Applications Administrator (IT Administrator/Analyst II) to join the Office of Information Technology Services.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the technology that powers the University’s daily operations. Working within the Application Development & Operations team, you’ll administer enterprise applications, develop system integrations, support the Banner Student Information System, and help deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance the experience of students, faculty, and staff.

  • Administer, configure, and support the Banner Student Information System (SIS) and related enterprise applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Banner and other campus systems using APIs, web services, and modern integration technologies.
  • Administer and support the University’s student portal, intranet, and related web applications.
  • Configure and maintain authentication services and enterprise application environments.
  • Analyze and resolve application, integration, and data issues while identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with campus departments to understand business needs and develop technical solutions.
  • Work with software vendors to implement upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
  • Provide technical documentation, end-user support, and training.
  • Participate in enterprise application projects from planning through implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Two years of relevant professional experience supporting enterprise applications or comparable enterprise technology environments.
