Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) with strong Service Integration (SI) and Master Data Management (MDM) experience to support a new Service Integration initiative for our client, Vertex. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements while ensuring seamless integration across services, business processes, and enterprise master data., * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for Service Integration and MDM initiatives.

Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
Work with cross-functional teams to support Service Integration planning, execution, and MDM implementation.
Analyze and document master data requirements, data governance processes, and data quality standards.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement review sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
Support testing activities, including UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives, integration standards, and MDM best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Service Integration (SI) projects is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives is mandatory.
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Experience working with enterprise master data domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor, or Supplier data).
Understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred., * Experience working on enterprise integration, digital transformation, or data management initiatives.
Exposure to MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM Infosphere MDM, or similar solutions is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
