Job description
As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing robust solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. You will develop custom business logic using Apex, create and enhance user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC), and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality features that drive sales efficiency and business value.
In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implement enhancements, and ensure all solutions follow Salesforce best practices and organizational standards. You will have the opportunity to work with modern development tools and contribute to impactful projects that directly support sales processes and stakeholder success.
Key Technical Environment & Tools:
- Salesforce DX, Git for version control, and structured deployment processes
- REST and SOAP APIs
- Third-party application integrations
- Agile methodologies, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines
- User interface customization and performance optimization
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions to meet evolving business requirements
- Write, maintain, and optimize efficient, reusable, and reliable Apex code
- Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including analysts, architects, and business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for performance and reliability
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for production Salesforce applications
- Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and emerging capabilities; recommend and implement improvements
Requirements
Core Technical Skills (Advanced Proficiency Required):
- Salesforce Development
- Salesforce Apex
- Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
- Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for non-degreed candidates, with additional professional experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and deployment pipelines
- Hands-on experience integrating with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce user interfaces and optimize application performance
