Infrastructure Administrator

SMK Global, a dietary supplement manufacturing company based in New Jersey, is seeking a dependable and skilled Infrastructure Administrator to manage and maintain our everyday IT infrastructure. This pivotal role involves ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our local systems, networks, and enterprise backups. Because we are a manufacturing-focused company rather than a tech-heavy enterprise, the ideal candidate will enjoy a highly visible, hands-on role overseeing everything from our corporate Microsoft 365 environment to the technologies supporting our physical plant floor security., * Maintain and optimize Windows Server environments and Active Directory.

• Manage and administer our Microsoft 365 and Teams ecosystems.
• Handle corporate firewall administration and network configuration management.
• Robustly oversee and maintain regular system backups.
• Manage basic cloud administration responsibilities within AWS or Azure environments.
• Provide operational support and tools administration for our core ERP system (SAP HANA).
• Implement and enforce essential cybersecurity fundamentals to safeguard corporate networks and manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to support technology tied to physical plant security systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day corporate and manufacturing plant technology issues, ensuring continuous business operations.

• Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in systems or infrastructure administration. Experience working within a manufacturing facility environment is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Teams environments.
• Practical hands-on experience managing firewall administration and enterprise backups.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud environments (AWS or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with foundational cybersecurity concepts and tools administration.
• Basic administrative exposure or familiarity with an ERP system environment (SAP HANA fundamentals preferred).
• Location Requirement: Must be able to work 100% on-site at our New Jersey facility. Reliable transportation is required.
