Job description
- Design, build, and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and UI patterns.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Develop design tokens, style guides, and reusable components that ensure consistency across digital products.
- Translate business objectives and brand guidelines into intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
- Design responsive interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Partner closely with UX, engineering, product, strategy, and brand teams throughout the design process.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Document design systems and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation.
- Champion accessibility, usability, and design best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in UI, Product, or Digital Design, with at least 2 years focused on design systems.
- Agency experience is required, preferably within a brand, advertising, or digital agency.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design systems, digital product design, responsive interfaces, and end-to-end UX thinking.
- Experience designing large-scale websites, digital platforms, or consumer-facing applications.
- Deep understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and interaction patterns.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into elegant, scalable design solutions.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and design handoff best practices is a plus., * Comes from a brand, advertising, or digital agency where they’ve designed products for multiple clients and industries.
- Has extensive experience building and scaling design systems.
- Thrives in collaborative environments and communicates design decisions confidently to both internal teams and clients.
- Combines strong visual design skills with systems thinking and a user-centered approach.
- Passionate about creating scalable, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences.
