Job description

We’re hiring a Full Stack Developer to work across the platform. A central part of the role is partnering with our AI team, building the tools they need for analytics, MLOps, and infrastructure, and helping turn their research into reliable production systems.

You’ll also take significant ownership of our internal and B2B systems, including the integrations that connect us to partners. You’ll contribute to the customer portal our venues use every day, building features end to end, from database to UI, and talking to the people who actually use what you build.

This role is a good fit if you’re past the earliest stages of your career and want real ownership, and if you’d rather go solve a customer’s problem than wait for someone to write a ticket on it.

What you’ll work on:

  • Building and maintaining tooling for our AI team - analytics, MLOps, infrastructure
  • Backend services and data pipelines moving data from our operational stores into analytics platforms
  • Internal and B2B systems, including partner integrations
  • Our customer-facing portal: the dashboards, reporting, and workflows venue operators rely on daily
  • Talking directly to customers - gathering feedback, scoping features, and shipping what they actually need
  • Contributing across the stack rather than remaining within a single discipline.

Our stack:

  • Frontend: React and Next.js, deployed on Vercel
  • Backend: Java and Node.js
  • Data: MongoDB and Snowflake
  • Cloud/infrastructure: AWS and Docker
  • Tooling: GitHub, Claude Code, and Greptile

You don’t need to have mastered every one of these already, but you should be comfortable with a modern JavaScript and TypeScript stack and willing to develop skill with the rest.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional full stack experience
  • Strong React/Next.js skills, plus confidence in a backend language. Java experience is a big advantage
  • Experience with at least one database, document-based (MongoDB) or analytical (Snowflake)
  • Some AWS or other major cloud provider experience
  • You’re proactive - you spot problems and fix them without waiting to be told
  • You actually like working with customers, not just tolerate it
  • Able to work full-time from our St. Petersburg office

Nice to have:

  • Experience building or consuming B2B integrations
  • Some data engineering, analytics pipeline, or MLOps exposure
  • Infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD experience
  • Time spent on a small team or at an early-stage company

About the company

We build security technology that helps keep people safe at stadiums, arenas, school districts, and other places crowds gather. We pair our own detection hardware with a cloud platform that turns what that hardware sees into something our customers can actually act on. It’s a small, hands-on engineering team, and what you ship ends up running in real venues, protecting real people.
