We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Staff Developer to join our innovative technology team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate developer eager to influence system architecture and deliver impactful solutions across diverse platforms., * Lead the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring adherence to best practices in system design and architecture.
- Develop and maintain scalable distributed systems utilizing microservices architecture, cloud computing platforms (such as AWS or Azure), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs, web services, and service-oriented architectures (SOA) to facilitate seamless integration across applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications using UML diagrams, design patterns, and enterprise solution frameworks.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other version control tools.
- Drive innovation by exploring emerging technologies such as NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra), front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Ember.js), and cloud architecture strategies to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing expertise on software architecture principles, distributed computing, and best practices in Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale enterprise applications with a strong understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.
- Extensive knowledge of programming languages including Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, and Perl.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure; familiarity with cloud services like S3, WebSphere, Weblogic, Tomcat, and JBoss is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in modern front-end development frameworks including React, Angular, Bootstrap, Ext JS, Backbone.js, and Ember.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development, SOAP web services, XML/JSON data formats, and system integration techniques.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL (PL/SQL), NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Experience implementing DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD; container orchestration using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm is a plus.
- Knowledge of system design for scalability and high availability; experience with microservices architecture is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication abilities; ability to work collaboratively in Agile teams.
