Job description
- Ensure the stable and high-quality operation of Workplace applications (SharePoint, Power Platform solutions, MS Teams, etc.)
- Take end-to-end service ownership for one or more applications, including monitoring and continuously improvement.
- Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders
- Contribute to and lead IT projects within your area of responsibility
- Collaborate closely with application key users to support adoption and improvement
- Manage external service providers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, AI, Digital Business, or a comparable field, or alternatively, relevant vocational training with solid professional experience
- Solid understanding of IT processes and technical contexts
- Innovative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into business value
- Curiosity and openness to learning, keeping up with new technologies and trends
- Self-driven working style with strong drive for continuous improvement and high performance
- Ability to work independently and systematically, while actively contributing as a team player
